2) We outsource courier services to collect & deliver your sunglasses. We do not insure your frames against theft, damages or missing parcels that are in the possession of 3rd party couriers. Therefore, you acknowledge that sending through our recommended 3rd party couriers is completely at your own risk.

3) Please ensure the correct models & colours have been selected on your order. Additional charges may be incurred for incorrect orders needing to be changed/replaced/returned.

4) All returns are done so at your own cost of couriers: Although we can arrange on your behalf, we will not cover additional courier costs for returns.
