ReVu Polarized Lenses was launched in May 2020. Carolyn Macqueen, Dispensing Optician and owner of Vue Optical, an optical wholesale company since 2006, was forced to innovate during Covid-19 and saw the need for replacement non-prescription sunglass lenses in the South African market. Already having the optical supply infrastructure and products available made it easy to offer quality high optical grade lenses with a full reliable service to those in need.
With the help of her husband Rob, a successful entrepreneur and business man and Brendon, the manager of one of their other businesses which was hit hard by Covid-19 restrictions, they created ReVu Polarized Lenses.
